Not acceptable

I've been waiting for more the a month for a starter for my car (its a brand new car 2months old) first they told me my car isn't registerd for warrnty the they told ok next week but never phoned me to tell me its gona take longer then I phoned again a week after that and still nothing they told me its gona take another 10-12days for a starter I've waited 11 days and when I phoned them again they told me no another 5 days I mean really this is insane how is that possible is there no starter in south africa I WANT MY STARTER TODAY
