I filled my bike with 95 unleaded on 29 may 2013. shortly after my bike began jerking. on Friday morning the bike cut out. after having the bike loaded and taken to the workshop water was discovered in the fueling system which in turn caused a blockage in the injectors. I got the contaminated fuel in a container where the water was clearly visible and proceeded to said garage merely for a replacement of the contaminated fuel. after being ignored they finally decided to speak to me at which point i was referred to operations manager "RIAAN" who became very arrogant towards me. remarking that he does not care about the water in my fueling system. i travel an average of 2500km per month and only filled with Caltex as i believe it is the cleanest fuel but after this experience i will NEVER support a Caltex again. the no care attitude i received is unacceptable.
