I took my car in for a service on the 21st of January and when I went to fetch my car on that Wednesday, they had bumped my car at the back and when I went to fetch it they denied that they knocked it, the manager there (Hank) didnt even ask his employees.
I obtained video surveillance and it showed that I bought it in without a bump and when I left it had a bump.
I went to the police station and they said there's nothing I can do because no one saw the accident, it seemed like the guy had his story jacked up because he had all the right answers already.
I've been servicing my car for nearly four years with them and this is terrible that I get this type of treatment.
I called the head office three times but they never got back to me.
I'm very dissapointed and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOWAY SERVICE CENTER FOURWAYS!
