Bad Attitude and defective vehicle

My Son owns a Florid 2010 model. On a regular basis the vehicle back wheels lock. This happens for no reason at all. The car can be driven for a few weeks. On numerous occasions my son has driven the car, come home and parked it. Then when he wants to drive it the next day he can't because the car won't move because the wheels have locked. The only remedy now seems to be to every time remove the tryres and slighlty knock the wheel drum and the wheels will turn again. The car has always been serviced by Kent Motors in Pinetown (GWM dealership) and they have be asked on numerous occasions to fix this. All we got as an answer that this most properly happens due to the rain and there is nothing they can do. Their service is absolutely shocking. We have now taken it to Umhlanga and they say it has something to do with the handbrake and apparantley fixed it. Well needless to say we have the same situation today. The car is in the driveway with the wheels locked. The warranty expired a few weeks ago and now NOBODY seems to care!! I have worked for Toyota, Mercedes and Ford. Never have I come across such arrogance and bad service!!!
