I am livid. I bought my daughter a School bag with wheels in January, as the backpacks hurt her back. It is now February and the wheels of the school bag broke. I have just come back from Game. Apparently you cannot return bags that have wheels. I was told (by the lady at head office) that even if I had bought a vacuum cleaner that had wheels, I wouldn't be able to return it. Why are there no signs by the school bags saying that we cannot return bags with wheels. And the service from the manager/supervisor in charge of customer service was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. I waited half an hour before he sauntered through to customer services. VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF STAFF.
