When sending a parcel to a country to Colombia, expect to be ripped off by DHL. I sent a parcel that contained Xmas gifts. The value? Not even $100. They decided to charge the recipient for the gift! Unacceptable! When I specifically enquired about this, I was ensured that the recipient would not have to pay. The same thing happened last year. Don't blame Colombia, blame DHL for misinforming customers!
