POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

For the 3rd time in a row, I have experienced very, very, very poor service when I took my car for an annual service. Besides the fact that they did not prepare for what I requested at least one week before the service date, the fact that an incorrect part was ordered and the fact that I had to wait longer than 3 working days for my car to be completed, they returned my car as dirty as possible with bird pooh on the bonnet and at least two pieces of equipment lying on the floor - one in front of the pedals and one behind the driver seat on the floor!!!
