We were forwarded to Neluis by APC Homes in Pta. We wanted to have alterations done to our house. The project started on the 15th Jan 13 and was supposed to be completed by 15th March 13! We've paid over R137, 000 and to date, our floor has failed twice, no walls etc. Labourers have not been paid. I found out after the fact that he has a criminal case against him. So now I sit with only a floor that's cost R137, 000.
He has blamed the site manager for the poor service, but as he is the one holding the money, the site manager can't do anything. It's been so bad that after the 1st failure of the floor, extra concrete was delivered, the workers had gone home and it was myself and the site manager who had to through the concrete as he couldn't arranged the delivery at a decent time.
