Poor Quality Control - New vehicle QC?

I bought a NEW Livina X Gear in Aug, as a surprise for my wife.
After taking collection of the vehicle I had done a 300km trip and all went well. A few days later, whilst showing my wife how / where to inspect the water / oil etc, the bonnet failed to close. I noted that the bonnet was sitting so badly that it would not close!! Being a brand new vehicle I immediately suspected the the tracking installation had done something. I had their QC out who inspected and reported that the fault was nothing to do with the installation..
I contacted Nissan and after may trips to the dealers and many a phone call it was decised to send the car to a a panel beater for re-alignment..
Car was recieved back, realaignment was better, but the bonnet was loose fitted and vibrated badly when driving.
After months and a number of calls to the call centre it was reported to me that teh car was flagged on the production as having a mis-aligned bonnet... Obviously not corrected??
Further issues - front passanger door not closing flush, rear RH passanger door leaking water, and scratching noise from front breaks.
LAST NISSAN I EVER BUY. Bad car, poor service.
