I bought a car from Renault Centurion in April 2011, and since then I've been struggling to get them to stop spamming me. In direct contravention of the Electronic Communications and Transactions act, they do not provide an unsubscribe link in their emails. I have contacted them directly, requesting to be removed from the mailing list. Multiple such requests have simply been ignored. In all but one case, I did not even get an acknowledgement that my request was received.
I find this totally unacceptable and I want it to stop immediately.
