Waiting till out of warranty

Setting the Scene:
I had a 60 000 km Service/Parts plan
This should cover wheel bearings that wear.

At 50 000 km service I told Renault that there was a noise coming from my tyres when I took corners.
They said they had oiled something and that it should go away.
It did not go away.

At 60 000 km service (now out of warranty) I told them the noise still had not gone away. They reported that it was my wheel bearings and that it would cost me R3800. I said that it should have been done at the previous service and under my warranty/ parts plan.

Now at 65 000 km I have had it done and it cost me R2000.
I think it should still be covered by warranty/ parts plan.

I have received calls from Renault asking whether I had a good service and when I complained they said they would get the manager to phone me. This never happens.
