Hello Peter - on the 19th Sep 2013 I toolk my car (Ford Figo) in at McCarthy Ford Mazda (Silver Lakes) to be checked for the odd behaviour I had noticed when starting the car. When I went to fetch the car at the eend of the day, the service advisor informed me that my car had a faulty regulator and they will have it ordered and as soon as it is delivered I will receive a call to bbring my car in to have the new regulator fitted. Now it is December and I am stil driving around with a faulty regulator. Although I was assured that it is of no danger for me to drive my car with a faulty regulator, it is still need to be fixed and it is not an excuse to drag itr this long. The strike season is long over (was told it would affect the delivery) - so I need this fixed as I paid full for my car. Please assist.
