After trading in my vehicle at Ford/Mazda Silver Lakes and purchasing a new BT-50 from the dealership thinking everything was all smiles, I started getting messages stating I have unpaid fines and that summons was issued against me etc, etc on the vehicle that was supposedly traded in and sold to someone else.
After coming into contact with Peter and they're finance department they assured me the fines would be taken care off as I refuse to pay for someone else's "race to the Cape" experience.
Now almost 3 years down the line I am once again receiving text messages from the different traffic authorities of the summons against my name on "you guessed it" the so called paid fines that Ford/Mazda Silver Lakes has supposedly taken care off!!!
Now they are so quick to get you to purchase a vehicle there and just want your money, but when comes time to actually work for that money you get the cold shoulder.
This is only the beginning, I want this matter resolved before I take more drastic measures against Ford/Mazda, along with the branch responsible, this is your last chance trust me...
I also urge whoever reads this to NEVER EVER!! support Mazda Silver Lakes as you will regret it.
