I bought a vw polo in September this year. On Friday (29/11/13) whilst driving my car on my way home from work, I heard a bursting sound and I noticed that the roof of my car had a crack which kept on increasing with time. I immediately called the sales person that i was involved with during the purchase of my car, Grant and he referred me to Kobus, who was his manager. When i called Kobus, he told me to take my car to their workshop the following day so they could check it. On Saturday, Kobus said that the damage could have been a factory error. He told me they would take my car to their factory to have it thoroughly checked and they would give me feedback. At this stage, my car had no dents or any other damage. On Tuesday morning I was told to go and fetch my car and when I got there I was told to fix it by myself because the roof was damaged by hailstones which occurred on the westrand a day before the incident. During the hail, I was at work in Pretoria and it wasn't raining when I left for home. Moreover, my car was brought back with big dents and Kobus and Martin (who also claimed to be a manager) told me that they were not "weather men" to determine when panoramic roofs burst
