I have bought a new Jeep and need to take it for it's 1st service, I have contacted the nearest branch that can service my Jeep and phoned them 3 times this morning with now response. The receptionist is not helpful or friendly. I have now tried to book online and is hoping that someone will eventually contacted me back. This is my first car is have bought with Mccarthy and have to say the after service is terrible and would not recommend their service centre to anyone.
