I booked my car for repairs to the driver seat, the seat frame was bent before the car reached 1000km. On friday 29nov. Eskom power was on and off in the area. I waited on site for 3.5hrs then they gave me the keys back and told me to come back some other time, they say that the workshop is dark and the staff cant work when the power is of. I sent a mail to their dp and service mngr. The dp just ignores me and the service mngr say that they could not send an email for go ahead. I live a 100km from the dealership, and all they say is sorry but the cost is for your acc and thats the end of that. I reported them to renault sa with also no feedback. I feel forced to note this to the media
