My rear window got hit by hail on Thursday, 28 November. I was told by the insurance company that BMW does not have these windscreens in stock and they will need to order it and I should have it fitted by this week. This morning I was told, they will only be able to fit it by next Friday. My family and I are leaving on holiday next Friday and by then it would be too late. At the moment I am driving around with not rear windscreen which is a security risk, along with the fact that there are daily thunder and rain storms in Johannesburg and my car is getting wet inside. I think it is unacceptable that I have to wait two weeks for BMW to get me a windscreen which a product that they should have readily available!
