Poor quality Renault vehicle & service

Bought Renault Grand Scenic 1.9Dci diesel in March 2011, had many small repairs done on defective components (spare wheel mechanism jammed, side mirror motor packed up, rear view mirror came loose, proximity door unlock malfunctioned, electronic handbrake stuck, steering wheel cover started peeling off etc.)

But worst is the rear brakes that had to be replaced 6 times in the last 2.5 years, brake drums twice while the front brake pads was only replaced once in that time.

I don't feel save if the brakes could fail suddenly.

Vehicle was inspected they stated "nothing wrong", without explaining what caused the damage.

Renault technicians had confirmed to me verbally that there was a general problem with the electronic rear brake system design for Renault Grand Scenics.

Renault SA was contacted a year and a half ago and didn't respond for weeks at a time. No answer or resolution other than the inspection said "nothing wrong".

Last response was "Renault does not make inferior brake components. Should you not be entirely satisfied with our response please refer this matter to the MIO Motor industry ombudsman."

Something needs to be done. I've had enough now.
