Trucks 4 Hire broke machine, told us to get lost

We used Trucks 4 Hire to move us recently and they dropped our Whirlpool top-loader washing machine. At the time, they admitted fault - they couldn't deny it as my husband saw the mover drop it - and then contacted OutSurance. When OutSurance said they would not cover the damage - the machine is a WRITE OFF - Trucks4Hire told us to get lost! That's R6k down the drain and we have no recourse!! Avoid these people - they're cheap and nasty for all the wrong reasons. We should have known something was seriously amiss... Their truck even needed a push start on the way out...
