I saw an advert on a newspaper, stating that, if you buy a polo 1.6 we upgrade you to a 1.6diesel. Simply meaning Volkswagen Polokwane is selling a polo 1.6TDI for the price of a 1.6Petrol. I was interested that I called VWPolokwane. I was attended to by Thabo Makola.
The problem start when Thabo could not get a Red Polo TDI with a cruise control. He requested me to opt for another colour, which declined until he got his Superior Wally Goosen to convince me. Wally offered me a R3000 discount if I opt for another colour. On the following day I decided to take it and gave them a go ahead to register the vehicle.
The car delivered to me does not have Cigarette lighter which was invoiced for R1 500 and the R3000 discount does not show on any document. I called Thabo who agreed that he only robed me of R500 and gives me a formula to calculate his, but, I am unable to use it. He promised to bring the cigarette lighter and I'm wondering if anyone can temper with a VW wiring. I requested Wally Goosen to check my file and give proper charges, He promised to call me in an hours time, but so far to no AVAIL.
