I am very disappointed with Landrover Jaguar. In my opinion the quality of your parts and service is of the poorest standard that I have ever experienced from a motor vehicle manufacturer EVER! I have listed the problems in 3 broad categories below:

1) I have had the same repair done now 3x by a Landrover Jaguar agent
2) Vehicle was damaged during my previous visit in your workshop for which I had to pay.
3) It took a month to have my car repaired

Point 1: (EGR Valve replacement)

The original work you did in Dec 2010 lasted 1 year and 4 month (38000kms). The work they did then lasted another 1 year and 4 months (39000kms) and that brings us to now, the 3rd round of repairs, again at huge cost to me over and above the actual cost of repairs.

Point 2: (Damage during my visit)

The starter motor was working 100% when I brought it in. A technician unable to start the car ran the starter motor until it burned out. They made me pay for this repair.

Point 3: (A month taken to repair)

Complained to Landrover Jaguar SA (CRM8000001302) and Laelo Mahuma emailed me to say they will only look into this when their genuine supplied part fails and must be replaced for the 4th time
