Appalling service

H&M removals came to our premises in Cape Town on Monday the 26th of November 2012 to pick up all of our household goods and deliver them to Kwazulu-Natal for the 1st of December 2012. My wife had arranged with Kevin from H&M Removals to have our property delivered on Saturday which in turn cost us an extra R1850 surcharge on top of the R11225 moving fee.

Our goods where delivered to Pinetown - Durban on Thursday the 29th November 2012, when my wife got a call from Andre van Aswegen to inform her that H&M staff and been caught from our boxes.

When our boxes and furniture arrived on Saturday they where damp, damaged and not all accounted for. The rest of the goods where then deliverd on Monday which again where damaged. We found later that our camera which had footage of our childs birth had been, along with a number of other items.

H&M sent their branch manager to apologies and promise to resolve the issues we had, We have since had a refund of R1500 as partial payment for the Saturday delivery and H&M consider the matter resolved.
