Bought my brand new BMW 320i from (Kunene Brothers Sandton) [Email Removed] in September 2013...
a couple of days later I had to take the car back for a software update after I complained about the Cell Phone not connecting, the USB not working as it should, the PDC keeps on beeping when it is still in Park mode, the aircon comes on automatically, the song display in the dashboard sometimes works, and now the gearbox is playing up... When I got the car back... They found 5 errors on the car... Updated the software and assured me the faults had been sorted out... NOPE it hadn't... I took a recording on my phone and took it in again to BMW... on the 10th September for the 3rd time... and nobody can give me any answers... except the following "I confirm receipt for the below email.
