I have rented a vehicle from Budget Car Rental Carlton Centre branch, for almost a year period now, and have formed a long standing relationship with Mr Jeffery who was in the supervisors position and always gave me the best service. Today I experienced the most revolting service from Emmah Monamodi who is now the new supervisor, Mr Katlego Chipa the branch manager and not forgetting the area manager Mr Pero Veldtman.
After almost a year dealing with Budget Carlton Centre, and gaining a on going revenue, today Budget Carlton Centre has proved to me that they have not valued my business. They spoke to me rudely and were not willing to assist me any further. I spoke to Katlego on the phone and he was absolutely rude to me, telling me I should go and do what I want to.
Also in our presence as well as Mr Jaffery's Emmah Monamodi mentioned that they have been put into this branch as lots of wrong things were going on there, how unethical do be discussing infront of staff and clients.
I received a call from Mr Pero the area manager, he was so in undated when he called me, that he had absolutely no clue what he was talking about, I will take this up with Mr Brian Jofees office as I'm disgusted.
