I contacted Jessica at the Kia customer centre via email on 14 December 2012 and have sent a further 6 emails since then and numerous calls to have my query looked into. Firstly, she does not respond to emails at all! When i call, I am promised that I will be called back soon afterwards but this never materialises. My final call was made on 15 January 2013, and her response was that the branch i bought the car from has stated that they have contacted me directly, I ofcourse denied that they did and was then promised that she will forward me the mail... did not happen. KIA is the worst group I had the misfortune of dealing with to date and it saddens me to think that i will have their brand in driveway for atleast another two years as the car was financed.

Kia Edenvale committed to fitting a sunroof similar to the factory one before I took delivery of the car, was even quoted R8500 ex vat, brochure price is only R6500 incl. When car arrived back from fitment, a cheap sunroof was fitted by Webasto which cost R3600 incl, yet i was charged R9690 in total. I confronted Dipo at Kia Edenvale, and he still tried to deny it. i ended up paying the brochure price, still unacceptable i think.
