I recently complained about a package that was one day late from Kalahari. I was more concerned about the lack of communication, and for how difficult it was to get a hold of them to query the situation. I must admit that I did not take into account that it is a busy time of year, so I got rather upset when, by nearly the end of day two, it had not arrived. Fedex were the people who were responsible for delivering it, so after failing to reach Kalahari I phoned them up. They informed my that the driver was on his way, and that they had no knowledge that the package was late. Kalahari had thus given either me or them the incorrect information. Irregardless, about an hour later I have received my package in good order, and would like to thank Fedex for making it easy to follow up on.
