I was involved in an accident on the 9th of october and after specifically requesting a quick turn around time my club motors arc agreed with my insurance to prioritise my vehicle which was the only reason they where appointed, they took over A MONTH to get my vehicle done and i received my vehicle on saterday only after insurance started putting pressure via a formal complaint, MY PDC IS NOT WORKING AT ALL, THE BONNET IS NOT ALIGNED AND THERE IS SIGNIFICANT OVERSPRAY, this is not the type of service i expect from BMW, would not buy another BMW simple because of this experience!! then they say take it else where to repair and invoice them and change there story after, i asked the manager to have the decency to call and explain himself which has not happened. is this really what i can expect from BMW going foward?
