I went to Engen La Rochelle in Bellville on the 12th of November 2013 and put in R200 of petrol and paid with my cheque card for it. Two days later I see the R200 off my account plus another R200 showing outstanding Authorisation, immediately I phoned Engen to explain to them what happened, Devan told me I should wait a day or two the bank should refund the money into my account, well it is the 27th and after many phone calls the money is still off my account and all he can say is he will phone the bank and I have to give them 3 days to respond. The promise is now that they will refund my money in next week which is already the 4th of December, all he says it must show on there side, but the money is off my account so I don't have it anymore. I nothing happens I am going to open a case of with the police.
