Poor service

I bought a car @ your garage on 24 April 2013 and 2 weeks back I went to change ownership n pay for a new disc. So at licencing department they told me the car is owing so Mr Nkosi must come and pay the outstanding fines, so now I'm unable to drive around with the car cause the disc has expired.

Again I came to your offices told you about the situation you promised to get Nkosi to pay so that I can change ownership and disc of the car, so nothing has happened I'm stil waiting fo their call even yesterday I went back to their officess and still no progress
