1st week of using car, drivers door started leaking like an open tap during rain - damaged carpets and smells inside the car.the deal was including a Radio/MP3 player-this was fitted at Image Audio-Umhl by the Dealership-we found out that due to poor workmanship at Image Audio-the door now had leaks in the area where the speakers were fitted-we took the car into Gateway Toyota and had to leave the vehicle for repairs-IN THE FIRST WEEK OF TAKING DELIVERY.vehicle was repaired, leak sealed etc and nothing else.few months down the line and the same Drivers Door lock keeps seizing and jamming. Gateway Toyota found no fault-we expressed our feelings and the Dealer Principle, Patrick, assured us he will arrange something-we get a call to say they will trade in and settle the bank and we can then purchase a new vehicle. We went in only to realise after investigation that we were going to take a knock of approximately R10000 on the purchase of the new vehicle-I again explained that we were taking the knock for bad service/workmanship and they let us walk away with"DO AS YOU PLEASE, WE CAN TRADE THE VEHICLE IN AND LOAD THE R10000 ONTO THE NEW PURCHASE" - WHY MUST WE TAKE THE KNOCK - TTLY PATHETHIC
