Image Audio fitted a four door central locking and Anti Hijack device to my son's Black VW Citi Golf. On the way back to Port Shepstone, the vehicle overheated due to damage done to a radiator pipe in the Image Audio workshop. He was stranded on the side of the road at Umgababa and I had to send the SAP out to keep him safe until I could organize a recovery vehicle to tow him home. They have refused to accept liability and instructed their insurance company not to honour our claim against them. Their attitude has been one of total disregard for customer satisfaction or safety.
