What is sheer driving pleasure?

I own a BMW 1 series 2013 model that I bought on the 15th of May 2013. Last week my car started giving me a warning sign from the drive train stating 'Drive at a moderate speed. Full performance not available ...' I called Natal Motors and I was given a booking for the 27th of Nov. On Friday, 22 Nov, I went to Natal Motors as my car was jerking when I drive. The lady that assisted me said there is nothing she can do they are fully booked. She also said that the car can stop at any time. Surprisingly she suggested that I take the car to DBN. The question I asked was how does she expect me to drive for 200km when it is a mission to drive for 20km. I left the dealer disappointed and sad. Yesterday, 25 Nov, I phoned BMW SA, hoping to get better assistance. They promised to collect the car and give me a courtesy car (which I fought for). Up to this hour nothing has happened. I have phoned BMW SA twice today but was told the people that can assist me are busy and even now no one has come back to me. What is sheer driving pleasure when a car that is 6months old jerks when you are driving and BMW in mot willing to assist.
