Well, where do I start I am at the point of finalising my deal with BMW who seem to be giving me Royalty compared to Kia motors South Africa, I have now been on a waiting list for a Kia Rio just over a month, and still no test drive. I have finally resorted to booking a test drive on the official Kia Website, and well that was 120hours ago. And to my surprise I have heard nothing from Kia Motors.
Oh, wait I actually a lady by the name of Zanele, emailed me telling me she could not get hold of me that was 72hours ago!!! I replied politely with my phone number to her email and asked her to please try again.
She phoned only the next day 96hours later by then, and I explained to her that she had phoned on a very bad line, the line was very distorted, and I could not hear a word she had to say. Well I am not sure if she is okay or been involved in a accident but I am still waiting for her call 120hours later.
Its no problem really I just felt that if I am one person in a that is struggling like this to even book a test drive or get a car out of Kia Motors I am not sure how they sell anything at all. Cant the waiting list really be that long for the 1.4kia auto full house.
