BMW had arranged a loan car while my car was being fixed. The consultant at the front desk assured me that within 4 days of returning the car, the deposit will be paid back to me in full via 2 deposits. The deposits they paid into my account were less than the amount deducted. I returned the car with a full tank of petrol and only half the deposit was paid back. I logged a call with the customer care line. The following day I went onto First Car website to check on the status of the call log to find that they did not bother to log the call.
