Tersha confirmed that the place was available for the weekend of 31 May and 01 June for my fiance's bachelors. She then sent me booking confirmation and the deposit was paid. a few days before check in her balance was paid in full. initially her breakage deposit was R500. Before arrival she said the deposit was R750. This was paid to the maid on duty in cash. My brother was told that it would be returned 3-5 days after check out. Before check out on sunday the boys made sure that they helped the maid clean up and also inspected that nothing was damaged. A few days later i enquired with Tersha about the deposit and she said that it is done within 3-5 days and that her accountant was away. she will do it the next day. She did not. 12 days later her excuse was that deposits are paid at month end and that her acountant made a mistake with the account number. I am not stupid as the transaction would have declined if the digits were wrong on the account number. She eventually paid it into his account but stold R300 of his money. She deposited short money and said that they checked out late. This is not stated in the contract and a lie. she is a rude woman with no business ethics!
