Yesterday i went to checkers to buy my kids snacks for their lunch boxes. see "vees" samosas. paid the bill. last night as i was packing the lunches i saw that the cheese and onion samosas had mildew growing on them . i threw them away and checking the chicken samosas were free of mildew i packed it into the lunch boxes. today i had 2 very grumpy kids when i collected them . both children complained that the samosas were off and that they could not eat them . i went home and checked the expiry dates. (04/10/2013)... i can accept one item being off but when both items have issues, i seriously doubt the freshness of the food offered. luckily my kids did not consume the tainted food. since then i have been trying to log on to checkers online to log a complaint but their site seemed to be down or not exist. i cant find a consumer care number on the product or anywhere else... not impressed
