Poor quality tyres / Firestone

I fitted brand new Firestone tyres at Supa Quick Woodmead. And with only 18, 000 km done the tyres developed flat spots
And I had proof of balancing and alignments done once fitting those tyres
So, I went to Woodmead and yes dealer now Tyres & More (they had done some of those balancing and alignment since fitting tyres)

But, they told me to go to Supa Quick in Gallo Manor, and I did. When I got there, I explained my case to Wesley who simple told me its not their problem I need to deal with manufacturer of tyres for such complaint

Surely Firestone and Supa Quick is NOT a company to be associated with, that attitude stinks
And the tyre quality is very bad
