I bought 4 new Firehawk TZ200 tyres at Supa Quick Menlyn about 5 weeks ago, I got a puncture in one of my tyres today and naturally was disappointed for the simple fact that it was new tyres. I immediately went back to Supa Quick where I was greeted by P.G. Coetzee whom promptly and professionally assisted me with the problem.
P.G. even remembered my name from the previous time I was there to fit the initial 4 firehawk's TZ200. Within 15 Minutes I drove off with a brand new Firehawk TZ200 tyre AT NO COST TO ME. This experience truly makes me as a customer feel appreciated and important to Supa Quick.
