On 5 August 2013 I fitted two Firestone Firehawk TZ200 tyres at Umgeni Road Supa Quick. The salesperson informed me that there were no forms to fill in for my Firestone all hazard guarantee, as Firestone will contact me directly to obtain all the information. Now, 2 months later, I am STILL waiting.
