I ordered a new set of lights and after waiting weeks, I find out that there is no stock in the country and there won't be an order placed for new stock.
I paid up front for the lights and a sticker kit for my trailer.
It was then asked to modify my trailer with local lights. I made the modification at my cost, with the promiss to get a refund for the lights. I am still waiting two weeks for that to happen.
The has been going on for at least two months now.
I give Dirk a call on several occasions, and are yet to receive a call back.
It is honestly the worst service I have ever received.
