BAD SERVICE!

I work for a company (training and consulting) where we make use of Royale International for parcel collections, yesterday like many times before had to send certificates through to my customer Telkom (learning centre) never had a problem before with regards to delivery all of a sudden today my client complains have not received the certificates I had to phone about 4 times through to Royale to investigate no one cares I have spoken at one time to a Themba said he will phone me back guess what he never did that is awesome service...
I am still waiting for the branch or any manager available to phone me (spoken to Operations Dept a lady she took my details for manager to phone me back) what a joke I am disappointed never ever had this problem before with Royale phoning today to them then phone goes engaged and somebody else on the other side while I am holding for someone already helping me
