I went for brunch with my daughter. I ordered Eggs Royale, asking for the egg whites to be well cooked and the yolks still runny. The first plate had completely raw eggs on. I specifically asked again that the egg whites must be fully cooked. The second plate was exactly the same. To make it easier I asked for medium done poached eggs. In the meantime the female manager asked if everything was fine. When I informed her that I have returned the Eggs Royale for the second time, she undertook to sort it out.By this time my daughter has finished her meal and I still had nothing to eat. The third plate had hard BAKED eggs on, presented by the manager personally. Her response was that she was afraid that they would not be able to poach medium eggs and took it upon herself to decide to rather bake the [URL Removed] overcooked as well. I merely stated that if I wanted baked eggs, I would not order Eggs Royale. Surely any cheff should be able to poach eggs soft, medium and hard? I asked for the bill. After this shocking experience, they still thought it appropriate to bill me for the cappucino, milkshake and prawns. The experience have soured beyond my wildest thoughts.
