Worst Service Ever!!!

I ordered a BMW 118i with the M Sport package. I was told the car would take 2-3 (worst case) months to be delivered. This was the worst service I have ever recieved. This was my first car i bought and what a horrible experience I have had. I had to run after the dealership to receive any info about delivery dates to which they never stuck to. Most of the time the sales person didn't even know what was going on. Also, the info given to me was incorrect most times. Once I was to about the car being in the country but it actually had not been. I was told by the sales person that if I complained he had the power to delay the delivery even further. The car was delievered 24 days after the worst case 3 months that I was told. Apparently, BMW takes an additional 3 weeks to accept the order. This was never communicated and it still late. I had complained to management with no action been taken. Now 3 and a half months of having my car, after many complaints to management, I have only received my already paid for personalised number plates today. Unacceptable!
