Wrong furniture delivered after waiting 2 months
This is just to bring this to the attention of management. We purchased 6 pieces of furniture in May 2013 and had to wait 2 months for delivery which is fine as we were told about the 8 week lead time. But surely after waiting 8 weeks you expect to get the stuff delivered as per your order. On Saturday 6/7/13 I received 6 pieces - one was incorrect and 2 pieces were the wrong stain. I found this out later on closer inspection. I contacted the sales person and he didn't give me any indication about it being rectified - all he said was that he would call me on Monday - well I'm still waiting for the call. I also emailed him on Saturday with the details of the incorrect pieces but have had no reply yet. How can you take 2 months to deliver and still not get the order right? Does nobody check stock against the order before it leaves for delivery? How long am I expected to wait for the correct pieces to be delivered? I will not accept another 2 months!
