Terrible Service, No Feedback or Communication

I came home to East London on Holiday in Early August and took my Smart Roadster in for a "Full Service" and was dealing with a Mr. Graeme May. When I brought my vehicle in he advised the total cost of service would be in the region of R16000 and would take a few days to order parts and get it done and he would call me back when to bring the vehicle in again. He never called back and I had to continuously call him for feedback. Useless Service Rep! Eventually he advised that we should do what we can now and wait for the additional parts. This was 2 weeks later, so I took the car in and they did what they could but advised that the outstanding parts still had not arrived but he would call me when they did. It's now end of November, no call, no information etc... My mother called back this month and asked what was happening. They said the parts have arrived (not communicated) BUT additional work needs to be done (not advised by Graeme) Total Cost supplied by Graeme was in the region of $16000 which was written and agreed upon. However now I am told that additional work needs to be done at extra cost. Total cost will now be around R20 000. It's now almost December! Disgusting Service!
