I went to the dealership on Tuesday to make a booking for my car to be serviced the following day. I arranged for an inspection to be done so that if parts need to be ordered, then it could be done timeously.
The vehicle went in as arranged.
Additional items had to be repaired / replaced and without hesitation or queries on cost, I issued the go-ahead for work totalling almost R16000-00.
I was told by the Service Advisor that I would have my vehicle back by no later than midday on Friday.
This has now changed as the parts needed where not in stock, incorrect ones where delivered once ordered and the vehicle will not be ready for collection as promised.
