2012 Mitsubishi Triton full of Rust

I intially contacted Union Motors in June 2013 in connection with rust on my bakkie. They referred me to a de-rusting agent in Manaba.
The de-rusting agent sent a quote to Union Motors to be sent to their Warranty department for approval.
Since then I have taken the vehicle 3 times to the same de-rusting agent and once to another agent for another quote, as requested by the warranty department.
Deon from the service department has been trying to assist me with this claim, however to this date i have had no reply from the warranty department.
I have tried to contact the Dealer Principal, he was not available and I therefore spoke to Kim, who in turn contacted Deon, who in turn contacted me.
I find this very distressing that my vehicle is continuing to rust and no-one seems to care. This issue could have been addressed and sorted out 5 onths ago when it was still surface rust, and I am now worried that this rust will become more serious.
This is unacceptable from such a big company on a 16 month old vehicle with mileage of 30 000.
I now understand why people from the south coast will not service at this branch and travel all the way to Umhlanga to service their vehicle.
