On my way to work, not having had breakfast I popped in at the Grayston Drive Bp Express Wild Bean Caf? for something to nibble on. What a wonderful experience I had!!! I was met by a young vibrant lady who had an unforced smile on her face. She then introduced me to the unique coffee and pie special they had on promotion. I was impressed by her service as she neatly wrapped my pie and made sure my coffee did not spill as I was going to drive still. I have since introduced my family and friends to the express shop as I am ecstatic about the quality of the food coupled with such world class service. This has now become my daily routine. Thank you for exceeding expectations with your service and remember to uphold the standard. Remember that BEST is the enemy to BETTER... keep on striving for excellence.
