I put in a complaint just over two weeks ago about the disgusting pie and coffee I received from Wild Bean at Ballito BP. The only response I have had from BP is that they have received my complaint. Well BP I may only be one customer you have lost so I assume you don't care about me. Typical of the service we have to put up with now. I no longer use your products and of course my family and friends and others are aware of the bad service and bad food you supply.By not contacting me it is apparent that this quality of food and service is condoned by BP.
