The KFC in my town has recently introduced the breakfast menu. I was glad to read on a pamphlet that coffee or hot beverages will be sold after the breakfast hours too. This was great for me and my friends as there isn't a coffee shop around the area and it's a convenient and fast way to get yourself a decent cup of coffee
To my and many of my friends disappointment whenever we went there exactly 4 times myself, their coffee machine is never working or we get replies like the coffee is unavailable. It's winter how can it not be available???
I don't know if they're plain lazy to make it or just don't care. I do understand that this particular KFC is extremely busy most of the time but then why introduce something which can not be delivered.
